Wedding Event Management
aka Day-of or Month-of planning
You’ve invested hundreds of hours (think 200-300), and poured your souls into the planning of this day…so why leave anything to chance?

Upto three planning meetings designed for me to gather every single detail so that I can be well versed in your vision long before the wedding day.
A masterfully crafted itinerary for the day developed with input from all of your wedding pros and your preferences of course!
Instead of back and forth emails and calls with your team in the last couple weeks, I will take over all of that while confirming every detail.
Ceremony rehearsal coordination — I’m so good at this you might not even need your officiant on hand!
Onsite event direction for the entire event — from venor arrivals and set-up through to striking at the end of the night, you will have a planner on hand for it all.
The Day by Design Difference…
I could tell you tell that we’re WPIC certified planners, fully insured and have years of experience, but you’re smart and you won’t be looking at planners with less.
Instead, I think you should know, that while some planners leave right after dinner, or perhaps once the late night stations are out, the Day by Design experience goes right to the end. You can forget about a limited number of event day hours, paying us for over time etc. because it’s all included.
