THE LOGISTICS
ORGANIZED COORDINATION
My planning and production timelines aren’t one-size-fits-all; they’re tailored to your location, venue and busy schedules.
I’ll be checking in monthly (at least) to ensure that you’re on track and stress-free through out the journey.
When we get to the final phase of the planning process, I’ll be there to take over vendor communication, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Then I’ll build the most comprehensive timeline you can imagine — so every one of your amazing pro’s is on the exact same page.
THE EXECUTION
ALL-DAY ORCHESTRATION
Our day starts as early as necessary to ensure that everything is going as planned. Don’t be surprised if you get a text (or visit) from me when hair an makeup is getting started!
Who’s going to be there at the end of the night? That’s us too! Packing up your personal items, making sure the guests are off safely or triple checking to make sure your bestie is on the bus — we are on hand right to the end.
As the primary contact, we'll oversee all the moving parts, orchestrate the day, and keep things on (or ahead of!) of our meticulous schedule.
