Wedding Day Managment
You've curated a brilliant team of wedding professionals, precisely planned every detail and all you need now, is someone to execute your vision. This is where our expertise shines through. We will masterfully take your thoughtfully planned day and ensure that it runs smoothly - all that you and your loved ones need to do, is enjoy.

- Complimentary initial meeting
- 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we will meet to review the details, plans and contracts you have in place
- Contact your vendors to confirm details/timing of deliveries
- 2 weeks before your wedding, we will meet again to ensure the organization of the day is in place
- Attend/Manage rehearsal
- Styling of your personal touches
- Set up of items such as the guest book, place cards, seating chart, favours etc.
- Bridal Party access to a fully stocked Emergency Kit

Event Styling Service
- Styling your personal details on your day
- Service can include: Guest Tables, Head Table, Specialty Tables, Washrooms, Cocktail Space, Ceremony Space etc.
- Details can include: favours, place cards, seating charts, card box, signs, centrepiece placement, blanket baskets, children's tables, guest care baskets etc.

Guest List Management
- We will track all responses, document their specifics and graciously follow up with any guests who fail to RSVP. Never has this been so easy!

Thank You Card Services
- Thank You cards are a must, there is no getting around it. That hand written note for each valued guest is a time honoured tradition but who really has the time? We know that you have the best of intentions, but life is super busy so let us help you out!
